City resident Tony Hubbard has been arrested and charged with first-degree attempted murder in connection to the shooting of a 15-year-old boy on Friday, Oct. 4.

According to a Baltimore Police Department spokesperson, shortly before 12:45 a.m. on the day of the shooting, Hubbard met with the teen in the 900 block of McKean Avenue, at which point gunshots rang out.

The teen was struck in the hand and taken to an area hospital for treatment of his injuries, and Hubbard was ultimately identified as a possible shooting suspect.
